Their PREFERENCE for the PAST
Their DESIRE for the FUTURE
Their AVOIDANCE of the NOW
This is why it is so IMPORTANT to be in the NOW.
Being in the NOW, changes your PAST behavior and thought patterns. While your FUTURE is based on the NOW.
